Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work

I use 8X8 to contact new clients via phone and text via the mobile app on my cell phone. This is a great tool to help our team manage our business and reach new customers.

Pros

Cons

  • connection clarity could use improvement on voice calls
  • would love customization to toggle voicemail settings from mobile app
  • text messaging clients via app would be great!
  • We are a more successful business because of the contacts we make with 8X8
  • These tools allow our team to make reliable contact with potential customers.
While the mobile app is my primary interface, I believe it could be more user-friendly. Enhancing its usability would greatly improve the overall experience.

Contacting new customers, specifically through the mobile app, is crucial in a sales environment, especially for remote workers who require access to their contacts while on the go. Our team heavily relies on 8X8's features, particularly when on vacation, to personalize our greetings and inform our guests that we are currently unavailable. These features have proven to be very beneficial to our team and have helped us to better support our guests.
