Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series
8x8 address the problem we have at work where we were unable to take our desk phones home without a site to site link to our home router. With 8x8 we are able to pick up our phone and take this anywhere to work from whether its home or at a different desk in the office for a change of scenery, its great.
- Access anywhere to desk phones.
- Customization for ring tones, volume levels, duration and mailbox settings.
- Expandable phone systems throughout the workplace.
- Although there is a lot of customization, the online portal is unfriendly.
- Have to go through a partner to get support.
- No local setting changes.
- We have gained more interest for phone systems from clients.
- A more centreally managed phone system across clients.
- Seemless links between our meetings and support calls.
