Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series (Formerly Virtual Office)
8x8 X Series was chosen to replace a legacy VoIP phone service. The implementation was smooth and we received very good support from 8x8 throughout the process. Any problems that arose were quickly and properly addressed. The free trial period was an excellent opportunity to try out the service which is not offered by other providers.

The primary reason that we chose to test 8x8 X Series was the free trial period and the subscription/hardware incentives offered. In all aspects, 8x8 stacked up neck and neck with the other companies we looked into. These offerings pushed them over the top and allowed us to truly evaluate the service to ensure it fit our needs.
