Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series (Formerly Virtual Office)

This is used in our day-to-day operations. We use 8x8 to contact our tech and customers. Really 8x8 causes more problems than it solves. We have found that calls will randomly go blank, no voice service at all. Or calls will randomly drop, get cut off. We have contacted support but no one has helped.
  • Take our money.
  • Add an additional 6 months to our contract with no explanation.
  • Does not help or support their product in any way.
  • 8x8 was a stop gap measure for our business.
  • It is more expensive than was contractually agreed upon.
  • They will add months to the terms of the contract to keep you, then charge you a massive fee to terminate.
By far Teams includes more features than 8x8 could offer. They also offer their services at a much more cost-effective price, about 5 dollars per user less than 8x8.
I feel robbed, and do not like the terms of my contract being changed without any notification.
