Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS
We use it to assign trainings, deliver, and track trainings. We also use the training compliance data from the Absorb LMS to report to our clients on a regular basis and during audits to indicate that we are training staff appropriately to handle the work. Managers at our company also utilize the training completion data to ensure that projects are resourced correctly and that their project team members are keeping up with assigned trainings as expected. We have integrated our Absorb LMS with LinkedIn Learning to expand professional development options for our staff.
- Provides a user friendly way to deliver training content.
- Provides an administrator interface that is easy to navigate.
- Provides an easy method for enrolling users to trainings in bulk.
- The default reporting and data export options from the administrator interface do not always allow you to report across all the desired data points. We have recently added Analyze and we think this might open up our options considerably.
- There is not an audit trail available for custom fields. This would be a nice feature to have so we can see who made changes to data within those.
- The ability to export an audit trail would be nice.
- It has led to increased compliance.
- The employee onboarding process has been improved with the use of curriculums.

The content libraries have helped a lot of our younger staff find training quickly and easily to fill in knowledge gaps. The content libraries have also expanded the options of professional development for all of our staff so they feel like they have greater control over their future. Analyze is not something we have used much, but so far it seems like it will provide great insights for our company in terms of training compliance. The APIs have allowed us to supply our own custom reports for QA purposes.
Absorb LMS did the best job at meeting our overall list of requirements for a LMS. It was also the top contender when it came to a customer service plan and how the support worked. Absorb was a more affordable option that many of the other apps we evaluated.
