Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS
We use the Absorb LMS to track education and external training all in one transcript. We also track MSHA ceus on the transcipt.
Issues we had in the past was assigning manditory education to those in the same division and job title correctly. Before some were being missed. Tracking expirey dates of cpr cards and renewing them. We are also cutting down on in person new hire orientation by delivering it through Absorb electronically as a video.

- making all reports have the same display columns funtions - locations - supervisor- filter to show inactive employees on all reports

No, we have a client success support.
Yes - Yes, it was resolved in a timely fashion and email communication was back and forth.
Had an issue with 3rd party AICC zip files not popping up in a new frame. Reached out to client success agent and we duplicated the course and changed it to iframe to see if it would resolve the issue. It did not so the client success agent checked other chatter and saw this was an issue that day with the 3rd party vender HSI. So i reached out to HSI and got it resolved.
