Overall Satisfaction with ActionIQ
We were looking for a CDP with refined data models that can connect to our legacy data warehouse and extract the required information for creating customer profiles which we could then target for personalized campaigns. ActionIQ has been performing extremely well on all fronts. It is highly composable and has integrations with all major third-party Martech tools.

- Better user access and identity management controls
- It's composability and the amount of connectors it offers
- It's profile-building capacity
- Its data extraction and data enrichment capabilities from multiple disparate sources
- Improved our digital media targeting capabilities
- Increased the RoI of our data warehousing solutions
- Increased the efficiency of our marketing campaigns team
In my opinion, Tealium is a better product for sure, has a much more refined analytics engine but the reason we went for ActionIQ is the better integrations it offers in the ad tech space with the various SSPs and DSPs. We integrate it with LiveRamp and Goofle ads exchange and it works flawlessly. It is also significantly cheaper than Tealium.
