I use Active Campaign for automation, connecting with my email list, and nurturing my client relationships.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Integrations. It works well with all my other software.
Templates. Tons of templates for email marketing and automations.
Statistics. Plenty available!

Cons

Reports of user & subscriber activity.
Folders for photos/media uploads.

Return on Investment

Increased sales because of nurture campaigns & automation.
Less stress because I have a software that manages everything and tracks leads.

Alternatives Considered

Mailchimp, AWeber, Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) and Constant Contact

It's easier to use than most of those AND it's easier to use than most of those. I wanted something that was robust enough to handle my automation, but also easy to use for when I needed to train my team and/or clients on how to use it. Active Campaign accomplishes both of those!

I have used several autoresponder software. ActiveCampaign has by far been the easiest to use and most comprehensive in features. They offer tons of training on how to set it up so it's working effectively. I also appreciate the suggestions via email each month of features and benefits that may be a good fit for my company.
