Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

We use AC to communicate with our customers, distribute sales and blog pieces and generally solicit feedback and offer the next steps in our relationship. It's used throughout the company (as if we had multiple departments...we don't. But if we did, we would) and it addresses the challenge of managing vast lists of emails.
  • Tags customers and sorts them into categories.
  • Is basically easy enough to graphically design.
  • Has excellent customer support.
  • Allowing list usage more easily.
  • Reduced cost.
  • Improved risk mitigation.
  • Increased efficiency.

It does a great job of doing what it sets out to do: customer relations management. That's what it offers, that's what it delivers. I have no idea about other companies' capabilities, like Salesforce and other companies. They might do exactly the same thing. I only know about ActiveCampaign. That's that.
