We are using ActiveCampaign as a sales pipeline software and a follow-up automation system to generate new leads for our core offerings. ActiveCampaign has been very useful to follow-up with individual users and large organizations. As it stands the main problems it is addressing have to do with how we process our organic leads to increase the likelihood of them becoming customers.

In our experience ActiveCampaign is well suited as part of an effective follow-up sales automation, with the different contact lists, it is easy to segment your audiences and create tailored follow-up experiences for your different target audiences. In terms of the sales pipeline, it is good for a simple approach to this, it may be lacking for complex sales transactions.
