ActiveCampaign helps me automate my email marketing campaigns and materials to my customers. It gives me peace of mind knowing that I can still send customized outreach to my customers and on auto-pilot. The usability is pretty easy and the support staff is so kind whenever problems arise. I would totally recommend this platform to other e-commerce businesses. I sell physical products and still find it very valuable for what I like to offer my customers. It's not only for service based businesses but also super value for product based e-commerce businesses.
- Integration is easy with my shopify store
- Creating automations and campaigns are very easy.
- Lots of resources available to properly set up any tool they have
- Some more tools could be added directed at physical product businesses such as specific templates used after an order has been delivered to the customer's house. So adding an automation when it's been "delivered" on Shopify.
- Improved by first-time subscriber rate by 50% when switching to Active Campaign
- Improved my open rate from 40% to 50% on average compared to my last email marketing software
I have used Mailchimp and Shopify emails prior to using ActiveCampaign. I first switched to ActiveCampaign because a business colleague raved about using it for their business. From the first call the staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the service so I immediately switched after that first call.
