Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

We use ActiveCampaign for follow-up automation with current clients, newsletters, Mktg campaigns, tracking leads, and sales, and for shipping information for retail products.
  • Lots of variety with automations
  • The technical support is great
  • A lot of educational tools
  • Easy to use
  • How to trigger the automations can be confusing
  • How to get the right timing and know which option to choose can be difficult to figure out
  • It has kept payroll costs down
  • It has kept mktg costs down
A lot more flexibility and way better support

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), QuickBooks Desktop Pro
Mktg and automated follow-up with clients is the best. Sending scheduled campaigns is great also.
