Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

We use ActiveCampaign's automation to help onboard new clients and give them a great experience while taking the workload off our support staff. We also use it for announcing new content that we publish to our audience. We just implemented new automation to collect customer feedback and encourage Google reviews for our business, it has been working really well.

ActiveCampaign is well suited to businesses that need a bit of marketing or client onboarding automation, but it can be a bit too cost-prohibitive to newer businesses starting out that just need [a] simple email database and broadcast functions with very limited segmentation (not ready for the more powerful features yet). So often I don't recommend it to newer businesses.
