Our company uses ActivTrak to review productivity and isolate where our agents spend the most time during their day. Remote workforces are more challenging to manage, and ActivTrak has given us more insight into how our teams spend their work days, how often tools are being used, and if we need to create training around those tools.

The difference in production for remote work vs. in office. This has been eye-opening and impactful to our future planning efforts, as well as giving insight for mid-level managers to manage their teams more efficiently.
The data we receive from ActivTrak has helped us to demonstrate the disparity in performance connected to activities within the team, both remote and in the office. It has also helped to identify more efficient team members who exceed their goals but are not as active in the system. With this, we can identify those shadow processes to share with the rest of the team.
With ActivTrak, we are able to identify the tools the team spends the most time in overall and who is the most efficient. These learnings impact training and development of tools and processes to help our lower performers.
