Overall Satisfaction with ActivTrak
Our organization is fully remote. Having ActivTrak allows us to hold each other accountable with our work flow. Not only can we monitor each other, we use this application to see what programs and websites are used on a regular basis. Therefore we can determine if another program or website is beneficial for us, especially if it's one that we pay for. Again, ActivTrak is great at holding us accountable in our work!

- Easy to read dashboard, overview of the organization and teams
- Navigating through each person's activity
- It helped determine who's logged in and truthfully how many hours worked
- We can see what (paid) services are being used and how often.
- Work/life balance. I know when my team logs on/off. I can hold them accountable for their time (too little or too much).
- Data for what applications and websites are being used.
We've had this application for about 3 years. In those those 3 years we're able to determine our weaker employees and understand why their performance isn't up to standards/expectations. Having ActivTrak can provide upper management insight on how an employee's workflow from the start to end of their day.
We're fully remote and ActivTrak can help provide me information on when an employee logs on/off. This helps me emphasize work/life balance. No one should be working on their off time.
ActivTrak pulls data from our most used applications and websites. It can help determine if a paid service is beneficial for our company or not based on the data being pulled.
