Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We use Acumatica in our manufacturing business. We had an old, antiquated system that had a lot of manual tasks and processes. It was also difficult to get viable metrics and visibility into how the business was performing without a lot of raw data reading.
Acumatica has been instrumental in allowing us to automate the manual tasks allowing employees to focus other important tasks. Our leadership team utilizes the dashboards we have created for them to quickly and efficiently make business decisions.
We are able to service our customers quicker and more efficiently as well as inform them of order statuses automatically through automation features provided by Acumatica.

- Automating business events are one of the things Acumatica does well. We are able to easily schedule tasks or events to trigger with a multitude of options depending on the business need.
- Ease of use is another paramount feature we required and Acumatica has a simple, ease to use interface. The ability for the users to add things to their favorites, the menu structure and screens are all simple to navigate and make sense.
- Integrations through the use of their Marketplace apps has been helpful for adding things that are not an out of the box experience with Acumatica.
- Commissions is an area that could be improved. While commissions are in themselves usually complex Acumatica lacks an ability to do anything more than the most basic task. It also lacks the ability to add multiple sales people onto orders to do split commissions.
- Screen customization can be a little arduous and being able to modify the visual or layout of the screens themselves, remove unimportant boxes or remove unused tabs without utilizing code is important.
- Security permissions. They are extremely robust and granular but also adds quite a bit of complexity to permissions. When you need to disallow certain things sometimes you have to drill down 3-4 levels deep to disallow that one particular thing.
- We were able to automate various tasks that frees up our employees to focus on more important tasks.
- We were able to increase efficiency and accuracy in our shipping process through use of a Marketplace app integration by 25%
- The ability to integrate with our EDI provider has decreased error rates by 100% as well as allow our sales people to focus more on selling than order entry.

We were able to serve our customers with faster information. They no longer need to contact us for order statuses or shipping information. We were able to automate that process so they receive the information within hours of the product shipping to the customer. We are also able to ship and invoice faster which leads to faster receivables.
We use Acumatica from sales floor to shipping door. The easily configurable bills of materials based on our specific needs was highly usable. We purchase products in one unit of measure, convert it in another unit of measure and sell it in another unit of measure. Allowing us to convert these within the item has been amazing.
Being able to follow and link thinks in Acumatica has been paramount to us. We can track a sales order from sales floor to shipping door much more easily and allows us to be more agile. We can see bottlenecks and investigate the process and see how we can improve.

We chose Acumatica. For us it best suited our business and how we do things. When taking in account ease of administration and ease of use for our employees it beat out all. The pricing model is also a great addition for us since we can shrink or grow as much as we need to.
