Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
Acumatica has addressed and increased efficiency in accounting, customer service, and warehouse processes. We have not touched on all features of Acumatica and are here at summit 2024 to keep our company moving forward.
- Cash receipts processing

- In house credit card processing
- Being able to view sales orders,purchase order, and inventory in one snapshot

The time frame from quoting to receipt of order and product out the door and delivered to the customer has made them very happy. Customer service is our priority!
Meeting the customers demands in the field is difficult but with Acumatica we have been able to effectively manage the inventory from a hundred different manufacturers and quickly ship to our customers. This has allowed us to achieve superb customer satisfaction.
Acumatica was a better fit for our distribution company.
