Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

Adobe Acrobat is our go-to app for anything PDF related. Wearing my graphic designer hat, I create digital proofs and interactive publications. In management mode, I create, edit, and/or sign critical documents and communications. I've used Acrobat since its inception and would choose no other app for creating or editing PDFs.
  • create interactive publications
  • sign digital documents
  • edit and manipulate multi-page documents
  • optical character recognition
  • application performance was lacking in a previous recent version
  • security management for signed documents can be confusing
  • copying and pasting text into other apps lacks formatting retention
  • Create small files from large color publications.
  • Annotating and commenting on drafts.
  • Signing digital documents.
  • Integration with Other Systems
  • Ease of Use
Adobe Acrobat integrates seamlessly with my workflow as a professional graphic designer. As part of our Adobe Creative Cloud subscription, Acrobat is the best solution for generating proofs of brochures, books, and other multi page documents. Working together with applications like Adobe Illustrator and InDesign is a must, and I would trust that to know other PDF application.
  • For many years, Acrobat has reduced paper use in the office.
  • Improved editing and proofing.
  • Documentation of feedback on projects.
All members of our organize trust Adobe and the security standards in place when it comers to signing documents and or password protecting files delivered to others outside the company.
Honestly, Adobe is the only company I think of when it comes to anything having to do with the Portable Document Format. I have tried a couple other more "simple" apps over the years for specific functions, but they paled in comparison. So much so that I do not recall the names of those products.
