Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat Sign

We use it for both employee and client electronic signatures. We primarily have a work from home workforce so being able to obtain signatures quickly, confidentially and easily is very important to our organization. Also being able to track the progress of a signature request is important to our organization.

  • Auto Identifying fillable fields
  • Clearly showing who the signer is for each field
  • Adobe Acrobat Sign is generally challenging to sign into, sometimes just simply making sure I'm logged into my account can be a convoluted process
  • It's great that Adobe Acrobat Sign identifies the fillable fields, but sometimes it makes it confusing when you're really only after 1 signature field and a whole bunch of other fields pop up in your way
  • Ease of Use
The main driver for us was finding something we could easily use across our organization to quickly and efficiently obtain signatures, and apply a sign order as a lot of our documents require multiple signers. Also being able to confidentially track signatures was import to our organization. The ability to pull up agreements and track progress was also important.

  • Saves postage as we aren't mailing out hard copies for signature
  • Keeps our documents safer given they are all in one place and not being emailed or mailed around.
While generally it is easy to use it can get confusing when all the fields pop up to be filled. Sometimes I struggle to get Adobe Acrobat Sign to just simply focus on the signature only field without popping up a bunch of other stuff for me to go through. Usually I just need to quickly add a signature request and nothing else.
We use it for external client documents to obtain signatures. Also we use it for our employees very often. It's an easy way to grab signatures on employee facing documents quickly and confidentially.
Adobe Acrobat Sign is a little more robust than SignWell. It easily categorizes all of your documents for tracking. It's also nice to be able to see what's signed, what is pending, when someone has viewed the document vs actually completed it and being able to send reminders automatically.

It's well suited for confidential employee and client documents. I've used it to send signature requests to multiple signers and it works great. Being able to track my employee documents that are pending for signatures is helpful and it's a great way to confidentially track documents that need to be signed.
