Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Captivate

We use Adobe Captivate to develop training material for employees. These training materials can consist of anything from Safety and Emergency Preparedness to Leadership and Management Skills. We usually use it to construct courses as well as capture video demos to teach platform or interface usage. We also use it to teach processes in various departments.

Captivate has a multitude of different options and possibilities. There are so many things you can do with it to create content, especially when it comes to the interactions the user can have with it. It can integrate PowerPoint slides and others into the platform so you can upload existing material to build on. They have a lot of tools built in to the platform as well.

Captivate is very helpful for creating courses and giving templates. It's especially helpful if you don't know where to start with a course, and offers a various options for interaction. They offer a lot of templates that you can work off of to construct your content. It is not appropriate to use for beginners or trainers who have no experience in using it.
