Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

In tech consulting, we often onboard several partners per engagement. These partners are sometimes a mix of domestic and offshore and this helps to unify the logistical process of collecting and signing all necessary documents that are needed either by our organization our our clients. I have seen an otherwise painful process become more streamlined.
  • Workflow notifications is very valuable as often folks are multitasking
  • Aahdar signature for offshore teams, especially important for clients in the field of sensitive data
  • Color coding needs to be tested for folks with visual impairments and red/green color blindness
  • Repeat business knowing our document workflow is iron clad
Customer Support seems to have lost its luster in recent years, but Adobe has always been consistently available, responsive and helpful across multiple channels. They set the standard for customer support. There was even a time where I had to switch from my phone to computer during a zoom call and was able to pick up via chat where I left off over the phone.
My colleagues and clients are able to seamlessly pick up and run with this tool, whether they are considered tech savvy or not. It’s been nice to trust a tool that considers its users from all facets of the product and scenarios in the workflow of processing documents. I can’t emphasize that last part enough: usability is not just about the end user, but all touchpoints along the way.
We not only use it for internal on boarding paperwork, but in on boarding contractors and third party vendors who are often globally located, especially during COVID. It streamlines and unifies the process for our small (though mighty) department. If we do get questions from our partners, it is worth nothing that we are able to easily help them in troubleshooting.
