Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

Adobe Sign is being used district wide to process documents in a timely matter. With many workers and new hires working remotely during the pandemic, Adobe Sign has eliminated the need for paper/pen documentation. We are able to process invoices, POs, mileage etc using Adobe Sign.
  • Being able to send documents to be signed is especially helpful. Adobe Sign makes that very easy. If you have a document that requires a list of people that need to sign, it allows for that in a workflow.
  • I find it difficult to make corrections to a document in the Adobe Sign template library. Many documents are changing, but only one word or a section. It would be nice to be able to just edit the document template instead of having to recreate it.
  • Adobe Sign has saved so much time. Waiting for people to sign a document, walking around trying to gain signatures has been eliminated. Documents are sent directly to the correct person in a workflow. After it is signed, it goes to the next person Automatically until everyone that is required to sign the document has done so. All of this is logged on the last page of the document.
  • Digitizing the enrollment process has saved the HR department many hours per form.
  • The only negative is that there is a learning curve for the set up of the workflows and documents. There is a process when forms need to be changed as well that takes some time. It isn't as simple as editing a pdf.
I have only used the support once. I did so using their chat option. It was relatively easy. They were quick to want to close the ticket, even though the issue wasn't completely solved. I simply responded that the issue wasn't resolved completely and they worked to get it done in a timely manner.
When I walked into my current position, Adobe Sign was already set up completely. All of the basic templates and workflows had already been created. Having everything already set up, it has been very easy for me to walk in and use Adobe Sign to get documents signed and processed quickly and efficiently.
We have Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) forms that each employee and student must fill out. Accounts must be created for the employees and students based on the information on the AUP. Some need emails, some need emails and network accounts and others require yet other accounts. Getting the proper signatures and moving the process to the next person quickly allows the end users to have access to their accounts in a timely manner. Everything is ready on their start date so they are ready to hit the ground running.
