Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use Workforce Now for our payroll, time and attendance and human resources. All employees are required to enter their time in the T&A module. I process payroll but have a reviewer to approve the preview once I have submitted the file. ADP files all the quarterly reports (941) which is a great benefit.
- The ability to transfer information from HRB to Payroll in real time.
- Being a web-based product, management needing access will be able to anywhere the internet is available.
- Benefits can be automatically updated with a connection file to HRB.
- Set up for Time & Attendance in unusual circumstances for business such as calculation shift premium pay based on the time entered.
- Ability to preview online prior to submitting the 1st payroll preview.
- ADP support site is sometimes difficult to find what you are looking for.
- Saves time
My organization has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - I wear many hats and having ADP calculate payroll allows me more time to do other tasks.
