Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
Workforce Now is used by our whole company. It allows our company to process payroll in an efficient manner. We have it set up to do all FLSA calculations, keeping us in compliance. Most of the heavy lifting is done by ADP. Plus ADP does all of our payroll tax processing, which frees up our time so we can focus on our business, rather than focusing on payroll.

My organization has saved 50+ hours per month. - Prior to Workforce Now, our company processed payroll manually, needing 2 full time equivalents. Now 2 employees need only 2 full days per pay period to process payroll. This has been a significant savings. Also, our company no longer needs to process payroll taxes.
We have been using ADP products for about 14 years and in that time we have evaluated other products, including Paycom and Paychex. While the other companies have products that are comparable both in function and in price, they haven't been head and shoulders above ADP, so we have seen no reason to switch.
