Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use Workforce Now to recruit, process personnel changes and process payroll. We also generate many reports from Workforce Now. It increases productivity and assists in ensuring accuracy in our human resources and payroll departments.

My organization has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - My time in payroll has been nearly reduced by half but I'm not sure of the time savings in HR yet. It's only been a month since we started using the product though, so time will tell.

We were using a very old version of ADP and upgraded to WFN v12. It's like night and day! The benefits are too many to list!
