Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP is being used for the entire organization for payroll needs. It provides 24X7 access to payroll advice, bank account changes, etc. for the employees.

Pros

  • Very intuitive user-friendly interface.
  • It streamlined the entire workflow for change management.
  • Very easy to update bank account details and split %/$.

Cons

  • The sign-on feature could be improved.
  • The whole workflow can be streamlined and the mobile-friendly version of the app should have more bells and whistles.
  • It helped us to perform cost savings.
