Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

It is being used across the payroll and human resources departments across our organization

Pros

  • Time and attendance.
  • Payroll processing.

Cons

  • Linking vacation dollars to vacation hours.
  • Improve the time it take for garnishments checks to be refunded.
  • ADP is expensive, in some areas way more than the competition.
  • ADP runs smoothly and works well in our organization.
I am happy with the functionality with ADP Workforce Now. It works well in our organization. Within the last year or so we have added ADP 401K and we are now launching on-boarding.

Very easy!
It simply would not work for us and as we add more modules WFN works for our organization very well and all users are happy with the product.
Based on previous software experience I would rate it a 7 or 8. There are many areas where ADP Workforce Now is above the competition. ADP is very user-friendly, easy to use for both practitioners, and offers a great employee experience. I would like to see all quarter-end/year-end documents in one location, easier to save and store without having to go from one place to the next.
