Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use ADP Workforce now across the entire organization for payroll, benefits, performance appraisals, and talent acquisition. Payroll and human resources use it the most for managing employee information and pay. Employees use it to make any changes to their personal information, view their pay, and complete self-appraisals. We also use it for external and internal job applications when a position becomes available.
Pros
- The application and talent acquisition piece is easy to set-up and navigate. I have all the information I need in one place.
- It consolidates all personal information into one portal including contact information, demographics, pay, and benefits.
Cons
- Some processes are not intuitive. The appraisal process on HR's end is hard to navigate through and see where each person is in the process. Sending appraisals back and forth between managers is a challenge.
- I had hoped there was a way to add more information to the resources tab. The forms library is limited on content.
- We are able to provide accurate information from our talent acquisition piece to our managers from external and internal candidates.
- We are possibly looking to integrate the new ADP talent acquisition/onboarding piece.
We are still in the process of integrating this.
