Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use Workforce now across the whole organization. We use it for 3 separate companies to hire, track time, run payroll and administer our 401K. It is nice to have all of these in one system.
  • User-friendly.
  • You can use the system anywhere - whether in the office or on the road.
  • Wish ADP provided a dedicated account manager for questions.
  • Training could be more thorough.
  • Onboarding process is much easier and quicker.
  • It takes less time to do payroll with ADP.
Overall, I love the system as it is easy to use and lets me complete tasks much quicker. However, I feel there is a lot more this system has to offer that we don't know about. I don't have a ton of time to listen to videos or do webinars. It would be more beneficial to have someone spend a few hours going through the system thorough with me.

Time clock and PTO were very easy. 401K implementation was a bit hard as we had a plan already set-up and the transition took a bit more to do than the rest.
When deciding on switching from Quickbooks payroll to an outside service, we looked at both ADP and Paychex. Ultimately, ADP had the features we were most looking for.
The system works well for us - so in that aspect, I am happy. I wish we had a dedicated account manager that I could call or email directly with questions instead of having to call a service center and get a different person each time. At times that is frustrating especially if I have an ongoing issue. Also, I think there needs to be more thorough training at implementation on reports and other aspects of the system instead of them having referred you to the learning bridge.
