Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP is used primarily by the time and attendance managers and the HR department, but all employees have access to it.
  • User-friendly.
  • Great customer service.
  • Our ROI has been very positive. It has streamlined many HR processes.
We have several different branches and ADP makes is very easy to add/term employees from a branch and even add new branches.
ADP is more user-friendly and self-explanatory. The steps needed to do a simple change are clearly laid out.
I have enjoyed using ADP for the last year. When I first started out, our account manager was very helpful and always offered to call and walk me through certain things in the system. It is also very easy to learn on your own because it's so user-friendly.
