Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

All locations of our company use the time clock and payroll system. The web-based program allows our centrally located H/R and payroll departments to access all employee information.
  • The accuracy of tax calculation.
  • Resources to streamline processes without sacrificing oversight.
  • System support - You can get different to the same question and they don't all work.
  • System updates have broken or eliminated useful tools.
  • Eliminated payroll tax errors and penalties.
  • Streamlined data collection and formatting for compliance work.
I have used ADP in a plant of 15 and a company of 325 with the desired results each time.
ADP is strong for basic payroll and tax calculation. ADP will try and be your one-stop-shop for all things. They simply can't master that variety of tasks.
