Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
I recently implemented ADP WFN for our entire organization. We are utilizing it for HRIS, payroll, time and attendance, and performance management.
Pros
- The implementation process was so smooth! The consultants were easy to work with, very accessible and easily worked with me with any issues we encountered.
- Uploading employee data from previous system was so easy!
Cons
- Since we are still new to the system, there is nothing that I have issue with just yet.
- ADP WFN has streamlined our HRIS.
- Employee satisfaction has increased.

I used UltiPro at my last job, and I wouldn't even consider them with my new company. Ultimate Time Keeping and Core System don't "talk" to one another, although they are within the same system. That led to PTO never calculating correctly for hourly employees. That system might be OK for a company with only salary employees, but it was terrible for a company with hourly and salary employees. Their customer service was also a nightmare as their internal turnover consistently effected who our representative was.
My experience with ADP WFN has been so much nicer than the experience I had with Ultimate.
