Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
ADP Workforce Now is used for payroll, benefits, and some other HRIS functions. It is fairly intuitive and easy to navigate as an employee and for most day to day tasks. It does the job it is needed to fit.
The problem comes when there are errors that need to be fixed. It is difficult to get them resolved as they are often coding issues within ADP and often trying to resolve one issue will cause the ADP rep to delete or alter other data that then needs to be fixed.
When things are going well it is great but when there is an issue it doubles quickly.

- Integrates with a lot of vendors as it is commonly used.
- Pretty intuitive user interface.
- Issues often take awhile to resolve.
- Assists documenting benefit changes.
- Communicates to our benefits vendors.
- Outside benefits vendors
It takes time and regular review to make sure the integrated communication still occurs and still provides the needed information.
I have used this item at other companies that were mostly hourly staff that time punch in and out. They did not have other integration at that time. This company is majority salary and therefore has other needs. It is more necessary to manage overall payroll, benefits, with some use of the reviews.
