Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
Minimal. Payroll only. No managers use it. HR just got access.
- Reports: Can call if we have questions.
- Bridge is monitored
- ACA reporting
- Call center: Took 1.5 hours for a report to be done and it was not done so I hung up. Rep did not know how and I was put on hold 3 x for 10 minutes each. Waste of time.
- Viewing employee salary history hard to find field, not intuitive.
- Training for new users vs. intermediate users. Hard to get info.
- Too soon to tell at this company.
- At least co data analytics were huge with finance.
