Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Minimal. Payroll only. No managers use it. HR just got access.
  • Reports: Can call if we have questions.
  • Bridge is monitored
  • ACA reporting
  • Call center: Took 1.5 hours for a report to be done and it was not done so I hung up. Rep did not know how and I was put on hold 3 x for 10 minutes each. Waste of time.
  • Viewing employee salary history hard to find field, not intuitive.
  • Training for new users vs. intermediate users. Hard to get info.
  • Too soon to tell at this company.
  • At least co data analytics were huge with finance.
Based on my prior role with ADP WFN.

Do you think ADP Workforce Now delivers good value for the price?

No

Are you happy with ADP Workforce Now's feature set?

Yes

Did ADP Workforce Now live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of ADP Workforce Now go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy ADP Workforce Now again?

Yes

Mixed bag depending on which service rep you get. Would prefer to have one dedicated rep at ADP. Frustrating getting different people who don't know your company, etc. Some reps are really good and some are really bad. I make calls when I have at least 40 minutes available to wait for an answer.
I've used it at larger companies, multi-sites. Not sure it's worth the money for smaller companies with easier payroll to process. There are many other players in this field. And I liked Paycom where we had one dedicated service rep—that is important. Every time I call for support, I get a different person.
