Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
ADP Workforce Now [is used] for payroll services.
- Online customer assistance
- Answering questions via phone/ remote chat
- Phone call assistance was very helpful
- I have only been working with it for 4 months so I don't have a ton of experience but it is becoming more manageable.
- We tried to contact an account manager who keeps saying that he will have someone reach out to me and twice now that has never happened to answer my questions fully
- nothing at this time- we use it basically for payroll, and keeping tabs on sick, vacation etc
Both have benefits and problems- it's the ability to navigate thru them to get the desired result that matters.
