I have only been working with it for 4 months so I don't have a ton of experience but it is becoming more manageable.
We tried to contact an account manager who keeps saying that he will have someone reach out to me and twice now that has never happened to answer my questions fully

ADP Workforce Now has worked well for the town for many years I'm told. Being new to the position I cannot say definitively but once you learn the basics it is more manageable when trying to move from area to area.

nothing at this time- we use it basically for payroll, and keeping tabs on sick, vacation etc

Alternatives Considered

Both have benefits and problems- it's the ability to navigate thru them to get the desired result that matters.

There is a struggle to get information that makes my job easier- Also disappointed that the account manager has not assisted us with gaining further information. I have had to find other ways to get an answer.

ADP Workforce Now [was] very confusing at first- answers were tough to get- once I started calling support number they walked me thru scenarios, it all started making sense. Very patient and detailed answers to train [and] guide me.

Basic, could use some more assistance, very doable
