Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing and time and attendance tracking.
  • Payroll payment and tax payments.
  • Onboarding is easy.
  • Terminating is easy.
  • Very slow response times to queries.
  • Navigating the system is difficult.
  • I find it complicated to adjust payroll dates or correct errors.
  • Ease of doing transactions myself (previously we had a phone-in process with ADP Workforce Now).
We only have one entity.
