[In my experience] I never talk with anyone that is competent enough to resolve my problem/question without being on a call for 45-75 minutes. [I feel] support people should have the knowledge to resolve critical problems without putting clients on hold three to four times to, I can only assume, ask someone else how to resolve. I would say that your customer support problem is your biggest problem [in my opinion].
The processing and timeliness [are] fairly good, but the user-friendliness and ease of obtaining competent help through customer service [are] sorely lacking [in my opinion].
