Overall Satisfaction with AdvocateHub
AdvocateHub is being used by my company in order to garner online reviews, engage customers, collect testimonials for marketing initiatives, and receive product feedback. The software is managed by the Marketing department, but the benefits are felt by the Sales, Customer Success and Product Development teams.
- Visually appealing user experience, with gamification components that help with engagement.
- Great support team that answers technical questions quickly.
- Challenge library is great for providing ideas, and pre-made challenges to send out to your advocates.
- Hard to see different segment perspectives from the back-end (i.e. there isn't a way to see the Hub from an employee perspective vs. a customer perspective while you are logged in as an admin).
- Online reviews are a huge part of our business. We have been able to generate many reviews in a short time through our AdvocateHub, which has created more leads, and sales opportunities.
- We have been able to get first-hand feedback from our customers about our product which has impacted our product development teams priorities and focus.
- Our AdvocateHub has provided us with great content that we have used on social media and to create content marketing pieces such as blog articles and guides.
