Overall Satisfaction with Albacross

As an export company, our website has a global audience. However, many visitors are enthusiasts and not actual buyers.

We use Albacross to help us determine the lead potential of our website visitors so we can better determine how to use our limited reach-out resources. So, for us, Albacross functions as part of the sale and marketing team.

Albacross is unobtrusive for the site visitor and fairly easy for us to manage from a central online dashboard. While Albacross also has workflow and campaign features, we have only used the leads feature - even this is a worthwhile investment for us.

A few years ago, Albacross was still a little bit 'clunky' and the incoming data sometimes to organize well; however, Albacross has continued to develop the service and it is a lot more intuitive and easy to use now.
  • Wordpress plugin makes it easy to set up and start using immediately (if you have a WP site)
  • Intuitive data organisation and tagging
  • Continual product development
  • Integration with Hubspot workflows
  • Lead management features similar to CRM
  • Folder management for older leads
  • A single sale for us can be worth a large sum, so even one or two leads a year makes Albacross a good investment for us; however, we've found hundreds of leads over the years.
  • Albacross has helped us be more strategic with lead management as it curates leads in accordance with our objectives / targets, i.e., it forces us to consider link between potential lead and core business so we can better use and align resources

It's well-suited to small companies without a dedicated sales force. It helps collect, organize and analyze leads.

Perhaps, it adds value to larger teams too, but it has certainly been a valuable addition to us early on in the business when build lead lists and client lists were more challenging.

I'm not sure what the current pricing structure is, but it was good value for us at the time of purchase 2 years; pricing has not increased for us since then. So, again, for smaller teams or teams with a limited reach out budget, this may be a suitable option.
