Overall Satisfaction with AlphaSense

AlphaSense allows us to quickly understand industry dynamics and is a powerful tool to leverage when comparing financials between competitors. Something that previously may have taken one or two days is now easily pulled together in a morning using the search engine, allowing our team to be more productive without having to grow headcount.

AlphaSense allows us to provide unique external insight that we did not previously have. I've provided this rating because it provides us great value but with an excellent user interface, especially when compared with other comparable platforms we typically use. This is a huge differentiator compared to these other softwares.
AlphaSense allows us to be more thoughtful in understanding the broader external market. We can gauge sentiment around other comparable companies to see how they are talking in the market or in investor meetings to see if there is any deviations from what we see internally. This allows us to always provide leadership with the latest market insight.
AlphaSense has a better user interface than the other platforms we mention. The search engine capability is much more powerful on the platform too. It allows us to do so much more than just read through an old transcript, but rather draw out keywords, themes, and language for how our peers are talking about certain topics in the market

Peer Analytics is an area where AlphaSense thrives.....being able to do detailed Disclosure Comparisons, perform industry Benchmarking as well as research comparative MD&A sections allows for market intelligence we did not previously have. Additionally, being able to see how others are talking about their business in prepared remarks helps us better gauge market sentiment.
