Usability

I think generally speaking the search function is very good and lets you find what you need quickly. However there are some limitations around adding too many keywords in your search which seems to limit the results it returns too much.

I think for CI purposes its great, honestly it's the first and last database I'd use for nearly any scenario. It is a bit weaker on structured financial data, especially historically speaking compare to say a pricing database but I know thats not its main purpose.
