Overall Satisfaction with Alteryx

I use Alteryx Designer Desktop to pull data from Oracle databases, manipulate data within Alteryx to calculate and create reports for reverse logistics tracking and development.
  • Alteryx is fast!
  • Time-saving
  • All-in-one tool
  • Removing unnecessary data with a tool
  • Bring back Automation for individual users
  • Combine Intelligence Suite with Designer
  • Time savings
  • Cost savings
  • Upskilled analytics
Most everything I do in Alteryx runs smoothly. Errors and mishaps are usually user error and I can always get help from the community or our dedicated CSM when I need it. I love the way most everything is a simple drag and drop and easy to connect to multiple data source types.

Do you think Alteryx delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Alteryx's feature set?

Yes

Did Alteryx live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Alteryx go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Alteryx again?

Yes

Alteryx is easy to use to wrangle data from multiple sources and combine into one stream. Tools allow non-sequel writers to create workflows in minutes to perform quick analysis of data. The ability to turn areas of your workflow on and off to test different scenarios within a workflow is one of the best features for me.

Alteryx Support

Anytime I have a problem or question, help is only an email away and usually I get a response within 1 to 3 hours.

We really didn't have a choice, it was lumped into our contract even though the business didn't want it, but I'm glad it was because it's worth the cost in my opinion.
Yes - I have reported a bug and it was resolved in a later version.
I have a macro that someone else wrote that I'm constantly needing to reuse. I kept messing it up so I reached out to our support team. I have never been disappointed by the assistance I get and how quickly they respond. I now know how to manipulate an existing macro to use in other situations without losing the previous version.
