Use Cases and Deployment Scope

As an Engineer, without a doubt, I know AppDynamics is one of the best application monitoring tools that we use to monitor our apps, datasets, and servers. I like how this tool shows the metrics of server health, disk usage, CPU utilization, memory utilization, network, and Disk I/O. It also continuously posts the server and database status by sending alerts, which helps us to make data-driven decisions. Overall, my user experience has been great regarding this tool, providing all the metrics to monitor efficiently. The price is relatively cost-effective.

Detecting situations that may cause problems in advance. Helps us to proactively solve problems before they affect us.
Enables us to monitor our apps instantly by creating end-user monitoring analytics and dashboards.
Great customer support.

I don't like that there is no log checking.
Delay in alerting especially when server crashes.

AppDynamics helps us to understand and monitor our network and servers related issues before they cause an impact on our business processes or clients. Overall, this is the best application performance monitoring platform.

AppDynamics is very powerful, easy to use, and understandable even for the non-technical staff. I like the alert feature which helps to get notifications with any issues in the performance of our applications, datasets, or servers. The ability to monitor all kinds of systems in my organization in real time is great. The support has been one of the Best in recent years.
