Overall Satisfaction with Appian

We are using Appian as the software to power one of our student service platform. We have built multiple products on the platform that allows cross communication throughout the entire organization. This has greatly helped our organization's efforts in digitalizing and improving our business processes. Appian has allowed fast development and great customization to create whatever feature is needed.
  • Aggregating data in one location
  • Speedy development
  • Friendly to use interfaces without Javascript
  • Record functionality has limitations with user filters default of one selection
  • Unable to remember which tab the user last navigated from since there is one URL for all tabs on one page
  • Unable to preview uploaded document unless it has been saved to knowledge center
  • Increased user satisfaction
  • Increased response time to new requests
  • Tech debt has drastically increased with all the new development that gets prioritizes
When we submit service requests, they usually respond within 48 hours.
Appian is user friendly. However, some documentation on the Appian website can be enhanced to give better detail of new functionalities.
