Overall Satisfaction with Apricot by Social Solutions
We utilize Apricot to manage our programs as a non- profit. Those programs include education, senior services, social services, meal service/ delivery, clothing room management, household repair and other social services. We utilize the system to track client data as well as program data. We are able to track entire client/ household profiles and services, client attendance, track volunteers as well as create graphs and reports to provide to our administrative office, the organization's board of directors and donors.

N/A as we are still new to the system. But we have built custom reports which will allow us to really drill down into our data unlike we have ever been able to do before.
