Overall Satisfaction with Asana

Miscellaneous to-do lists scattered about. Unorganized sticky notes. Project plans half placed in 3 different people's computers. It’s very hard to manage a project or keep track of progress for your various team members without some type of flexible software that is able to track, and improve communication between various roles and departments. Asana solves this problem.

Asana is the best of both worlds because it allows multiple views of your tasks and dashboards for project managers to review. Some of the competitors only allow one way of working, which can be a roadblock for users who are less flexible in their workflow. Asana is really great for a team of users who want to keep great communication together on a project. It can fall apart if the entire team is not committed to its use and updating. But that goes for any system. Asana has gained a lot of customization and great additional features at no charge. The premium tier is also completely reasonable.
