Overall Satisfaction with AT Internet

After a benchmark, our company made a request for a demo of two data tracking products. Our ultimate goal was to create a better user journey, and at the time, we didn't have any tracking of how users used our platform (mobile app and desktop). So, the multi-device reporting features were an important part of our choice between the two tools.
  • Multi-device tracking.
  • Technical documentation.
  • Implementation. On the website it was difficult to implement tracking, SDK didn't work directly on IOS.
  • Debug. We didn't know directly if the tracking was working or if it was accurate.
  • Negative - Time for developers. It would be great to have a tool to manage the tracking and tags directly on the AT Internet platform.
  • Positive - Easy to share the dashboard.
The technical issues were addressed, sometimes quickly and sometimes with a delay of one or two days. But the responses we received back were sometimes not helpful enough or professional. Our marketing rep was the opposite, really quick to respond but I found him really pushy and too much in the sales while not understanding our needs enough.
The main characteristics is the place where hosting of the Data. We needed to been GRPD compliant & hosting in Europe. You add it the need to have an offer for a cross-device (app and desktop) data tracking service and we didn't have a lot of possibility. We choose to made a trial with Piwik PRO and AT Internet.
I think that AT Internet is advisable for a "mature" data tracking company. For a company's first iteration of tracking, the integration is heavy (but if you want to track specific things it's great). In my company, the developers have a lot to do so they don't have the time to implement personalized tracking. It would be great to have a dashboard in AT Internet to update some specific tracking item (ex: like if users clicked on something precise).

Using AT Internet

3 - Marketing for the public website, and UX/ IT for the logged part of our product.
That's the a problem with AT Internet, the non IT people can't managed to update the tracking data.
  • To determined which device is the most used
  • To know the customer journey

Evaluating AT Internet and Competitors

  • Product Features
We needed to been GRPD compliant & hosting in Europe.
The other need was to have an offer for a cross-device (app and desktop) data tracking service. The user journey dashboard was also something that attract our interrest
I've been recommended by an employee of the compagnie ( I asked in a slack chat if someone have a good experience with a product) and after that I made a benchmark for seeing the competition and the other product how should fit with our need. After that we ask to have a demo with both of the product we choose. I don't think I change anything about the evaluation process
