Overall Satisfaction with Atera

As an MSP, I use Atera for Monitoring, Maintenance, Active remote support, reporting and auditing, and other things as needed.
  • Applying tasks, scripts and other actions.
  • Organization of multiple clients.
  • Remote connection and support tools.
  • Removal of agent software from individual PCs, or if this feature exists, make it easier to find.
  • I cant judge true ROI, but I can say that its made things very much easier to manage when it comes to multiple clients which I alone have to work with.
Pricing and features. Hands down this is the best price to feature value.
"set it and forget it" and adjusting on the fly, is mainly how it benefits me. I am able to set up regular server and workstation updates, with exclusions if needed, whenever I need to. This applies to any regular and custom admin tasks like clearing the temp folder or, stop/start of a service, etc.
I have not used this portion as I use another accounting service, but what's built-in looks to be very easy and great to use for time/billing/ticketing.
Small to mid-scale management of SOHO clients. It may not be great for large-scale management and reporting.
