Full, well rounded, multi use product that continues to get better as time goes on. This Product/Service is very much worth the price.
Overall Satisfaction with Atera
As an MSP, I use Atera for Monitoring, Maintenance, Active remote support, reporting and auditing, and other things as needed.
Pros
- Applying tasks, scripts and other actions.
- Organization of multiple clients.
- Remote connection and support tools.
Cons
- Removal of agent software from individual PCs, or if this feature exists, make it easier to find.
- I cant judge true ROI, but I can say that its made things very much easier to manage when it comes to multiple clients which I alone have to work with.
- ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
Pricing and features. Hands down this is the best price to feature value.
