Overall Satisfaction with Atera

As an MSP, I use Atera for Monitoring, Maintenance, Active remote support, reporting and auditing, and other things as needed.

Pros

  • Applying tasks, scripts and other actions.
  • Organization of multiple clients.
  • Remote connection and support tools.

Cons

  • Removal of agent software from individual PCs, or if this feature exists, make it easier to find.
  • I cant judge true ROI, but I can say that its made things very much easier to manage when it comes to multiple clients which I alone have to work with.
Pricing and features. Hands down this is the best price to feature value.
Small to mid-scale management of SOHO clients. It may not be great for large-scale management and reporting.
