Audiense is a great tool to get valuable information about our subscribers. It allows us to accurately monitor the effectiveness of our accounts on key targets such as opinion leaders and journalists. The tool also allows us to explore the subscribers base of other accounts to detect new communication opportunities.
- In-depth research among subscribers
- Tracking of subscribers activity
- Stats about subscribers base
- the interface could be cleaned up
- exports are not as easy as they might be
- some functions (like DM posting) are not active anymore, even if it's Twitter's fault
- Ability to determine our exposure to journalists/key opinion leaders (and establish an objective)
- Better targeting of press relations, even outside social media
- Useful insights to determine and prove the evolution of a social media strategy
I am not aware of any other tool that allows me to study as well subscriber bases.
