Overall Satisfaction with Avalara
Avalara has always been my favorite purchase at a prior company years ago. I was pleasantly surprised that my current company uses it as well. It replaces having a FTE doing the tax returns each month. It keeps all the annoying exemption certificates easily at hand and linked to Netsuite (our ERP) and able to tell customers to the lowest tax line what rate was. All for a VERY reasonable price!! It is crazy to not at least review this service when you are considering sales tax compliance.
